Salon Etiquette
Your time is valuable, and to ensure you get the most from your treatment we ask a few things from you: New clients, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can gather the necessary information from you. Please arrive on time as your late arrival could lead to a reduced treatment time.
Salon Policies
Time is valuable so we ask for 24 hours notice for all service cancellations including Gift Vouchers.
Gift vouchers – Non- arrival will result in 100% of the voucher value being forfeited and a late cancellation (within 24 hours) will result in 30% being forfeited.
Gift Certificates
Are available for all listed services or a Dollar amount, are valid for 3 year
